How to make Paneer Bhurji

Learn how to make Paneer Bhurji. In Indian food there are lots of vegetables and curries we can serve with rumali roti, paratha, kulcha or naan. Among them here it's a recipe for very popular paneer bhurji. As per today's fast life I have tried to make it quick. It is a home made paneer bhurji in microwave.

Preparation time - 10 minutes
Cooking time - 5 minutes
Serves - 4 persons

Ingredients to make Paneer Bhurji:

1 1/2 table spoon oil
1 tea spoon cumin seeds
1/2 tea spoon crushed ginger
1/2 tea spoon crushed garlic
1 onion finely chopped
300 gram paneer - cottage cheese
2 blanched tomatoes finely chopped 
1 tea spoon chopped green chilly
1/2 tea spoon turmeric powder
1 tea spoon red chilly powder
Salt to taste
2 table spoon finely chopped green capsicum

For garnishing:

1 table spoon cream
2 table spoon chopped coriander leaves

Method to make Paneer Bhurji:
  • In a big microwave proof bowl mix oil, onion, ginger - garlic paste and cook for 3 minutes at MICRO HI.
  • After that add all remaining ingredients to it and cook for 2 minutes at MICRO HI.
  • Garnish with cream and coriander.
  • Hot and delicious Paneer Bhurji is ready to serve.
  • You can make same recipe on flame also. For that you have to do same process on flame. But stir continually.
