How to make Onion Rings

Learn how to make crispy onion rings.

In this rainy season pakodas are hot favorite. Here its a home made recipe for crispy onion rings. It is very easy and quick to prepare it.

Preparation time - 5 minutes
Cooking time - 10 minutes
Serves - 4 persons

Ingredients to make Onion Rings:

4 big white onions
4 - 5 table spoon milk
2 table spoon refined flour 

2 - 3 table spoon corn flour
1 tea spoon red chilly powder 
1/2 tea spoon black pepper powder
Salt to taste
1 cup fresh bread crumbs
Oil for deep frying

To serve with:

Tomato ketch up

Nong Shim Onion Rings, 3.17-Ounce Packages (Pack of 20)Method to make Onion Rings:
  1. Slice each onion in thick pieces. Separate all the rings delicately. 
  2. Mix all the material in a big bowl avoiding bread crumbs. Marinate onion rings in it for 2 minutes. Now roll all the rings in bread crumbs.
  3. Deep fry rings in hot oil at medium flame. When rings are golden brown remove from oil and drain in a absorbent paper.
  4. Serve hot Onion Rings with tomato ketch up.
