Ingredients to make Cheese Paneer Tortilla:
For stuffing:
1 cup mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated paneer
1 small tomato finely chopped
1 small capsicum finely chopped
1 small onion finely chopped
Salt to taste
1 tea spoon black pepper powder
½ tea spoon chilly flacks
½ tea spoon oregano
For tortilla:
½ cup self rising flour
½ cup whole wheat flour
Salt to taste
1 table spoon oil
¼ tea spoon chilly flacks
Butter or oil to shallow fry
Corn flour or self rising flour pest
For sealing
To serve with:
Tomato ketchup

- For tortilla:
- Mix all the ingredients of tortilla and make dough like rotti. Keep a side.
- For stuffing:
- Mix all the ingredients of stuffing very lightly.
- For Cheese Paneer Tortilla:
- First of all make rotti from dough, don’t make it crispy.
- Now spread stuffing over it and cover with another rotti. Seal with corn flour or self rising flour’s pest.
- Shallow in butter or oil. Cut Cheese Paneer Tortilla and serve with tomato ketchup.
