200 gram noodles (maggi - 2 packets)
3 - 4 tablespoon noodles masalo
200 gram fried channa dal
200 gram fried bundi
150 gram bhel ni sev (medium thick)
100 gram papdi
2 onion finely chopped
1 capsicum finely chopped
1 pomegranate
1 tomato finely chopped
50 gram roasted masala shing (peanut)
3 -4 tablespoon tomato ketchup
1 teaspoon minty tomato ketchup
For garnishing:
Nylon sev
Finely chopped coriander leaves
pomegranate Chopped onion
Chopped capsicum
Method to make Noodles Bhel:
- First of all crush noodles roughly by hands. Now roast them in the micro wave for 3 minutes.(1 min.+ 1 min.+ 1 min.) If you don't want to use the microwave you can roast on flame also. But in that case, stir continually. Let it cool at room temperature.
- Mix all the ingredients of bhel avoiding ketchup. Mix well.
- Add ketchup and mix properly.
- Garnish with sev, coriander and pomegranate.
- Crispy and tempting Noodles Bhel is ready to serve.
When you want to take away this recipe you should mix only dry ingredients together and wet ingredients and ketchup in another container. Mix when you want to serve.
