Dosa batter | : | 1 cup |
For stuffing: | ||
Butter | : | 4 table spoons |
Onion chopped | : | 1 cup |
Cabbage shredded | : | 1 cup |
Carrot thin long sliced | : | 1 cup |
Capsicum thin long sliced | : | 1 cup |
Salt and black pepper to taste | ||
For chutney: | ||
Tomato sauce | : | 3 table spoon |
Chilly sauce | : | 4 tea spoon |
Soya sauce | : | 3 tea spoon |
Vinegar | : | 2 tea spoon |
Spring onion greens finely chopped | : | 5 tea spoon |
Boiled noodles (opt) | : | 1 cup |
For garnishing: | ||
Shredded cheese and chopped coriander |
- Mix all ingredients of chutney and keep aside.
- Heat butter in a pan and add all the ingredients of stuffing in it. Add salt and black pepper powder to it. Let it cool at room temperature. You can avoid noodles if you want.
- Make thin medium size dosa from batter, spread chutney over it and spread stuffing on. Let it cook for a while, and roll it properly.
- Garnish with grated cheese and finely chopped coriander. Cut it in 4 pieces.
- Serve hot Spring Dosa with sambhar and coconut chutney.
