Which is infect very easy, tasty yet healthy, as it contains vegetables. As it is cooked in a microwave oven it is quick also.

Ingredients to make Hot and Sour Soup:

Method to make Hot And Sour Soup:
- Mix all the ingredients including water and salt in a deep microwave safe bowl.
- Cook for 4 minutes at micro-high, stir and again cook for 3 minutes at micro high. When thick your soup is ready to serve.
- Garnish with spring onion and serve hot and sour soup piping hot.
- If you don't want to use microwave oven boil on fire for 10 - 15 minutes, stir continually.
