Bread pudding is very easy recipe for home made chocolate pudding. It's a layered pudding of chocolate and vanilla flavor.
Very easy to make for beginners also.
Serves - 4
Preparation time - 10 minutes 
Cooking time - 10 minutes



Ingredients to make Bread Pudding:

Skimmed milk
:
500 ml
Bread
:
8 slices
Sugar
:
100 gram
Milk powder
:
½ cup
Ghee
:
1 tea spoon
Fresh cream
:
50 gram
Vanilla essence
:
A few drops
Cocoa powder
:
4 table spoon



For garnishing:





Whipped cream
:
50 gram
Chocolate chips


Chocolate vermicelli

  1. Cut the sides of bread and crush it finely. Mix it with milk, sugar and milk powder, now let it cook till thick. Add ghee in it and let cool at room temp.
  2. When cool make three parts from it. Add cocoa powder in 2 parts and vanilla essence in single part.
  3. Take a serving bowl or glass, pour chocolate part first than vanilla part and at last chocolate again. repeat the process for the rest.
  4. Garnish with whipped cream, chocolate vermicelli and chocolate chips.
  5. Let it cool in refrigerator for at least 2 - 3 hours. 
  6. Serve Bread pudding chilled.
