Lassi With Nuts

Recipe by Naiya Sheth : Learn How to make rich creamy Lassi with the goodness of dry fruits. Indian traditional lassi is now with rich taste of dry fruits like cream, nuts, pistachio, almonds and raisins. I think it's very nice option for this summer noon or night. I tried to add goodness of saffron and another dry fruits in this lassi to make it healthier. Normally kids don't like dry fruits but they will have this lassi happily. So enjoy this rich and delicious lassi with nuts today.


Serves - 2
Preparation time - 10 minutes
Cooking time - nil

Ingredients to make Lassi With Nuts:

Hung curd
:
2 cups
Fresh cream
:
4 table spoon 
Powder sugar
:
3 table spoon
Saffron
:
4 – 5 strands
Milk
:
½ cup + 2 table spoon
Chopped almonds
:
8 – 10
Chopped pistachio
:
4 – 5
Raisins
:
8 – 10
Cardamom powder
:
¼ tea spoon

Haldiram RajBhogMethod to make Lassi with nuts:
  1. Hang curd for minimum 1 hour in refrigerator. Soak saffron strands in 2 tea spoon warm milk.
  2. Mix all ingredients together and churn it properly.
  3. Garnish lassi with chopped almonds, pistachio, raisins, 1 - 2 saffron strands and cardamom powder.
