How to Make Lassi

Recipe by Naiya Sheth : Learn  How to make rich yogurt drink - lassi recipe with the goodness of mangoes. As we all know lassi is very healthy,cool drink, a traditional drink. Here it's a honest try make it more tempting, after adding mango pulp.
Serves - 2 
Preparation time - 10 minutes

Ingredients to make Lassi - mango flavor:

Hung curd (hang for 1 hour)
1 ½ cup
Mango pulp
1 ½ cup
Chilled milk
½ cup
Powder sugar
3 tea spoon

For garnishing:

Mango (chopped)

Roasted nuts

Rasna Lassi Mix MangoMethod to make Lassi - Mango flavor:
  1. Hang curd for 1 hour in refrigerator. Mix yogurt, milk, mango pulp and sugar and churn properly.
  2. Pour mango lassi in a serving glass and garnish with chopped mangoes and roasted nuts.
  3. Serve chilled mango lassi.
