Ingredients to make Lassi - mango flavor:
Hung curd (hang for 1 hour)

Chilled milk

For garnishing:

Mango (chopped)

- Hang curd for 1 hour in refrigerator. Mix yogurt, milk, mango pulp and sugar and churn properly.
- Pour mango lassi in a serving glass and garnish with chopped mangoes and roasted nuts.
- Serve chilled mango lassi.
