Chocolate Walnut Cake

Ingredients to make Chocolate Walnut Cake:

Flour ( hard )
:
1 ¾ cup
Coco powder
:
6 table spoon
Baking soda
:
1/8 tea spoon
Cooking soda
:
½ tea spoon
Oil
:
¾ cup
Vanilla essences
:
½ tea spoon
Sugar
:
1 ¾ cup
Milk
:
1 cup
Coffee
:
1 table spoon
Bournvita  or chocolate powder
:
1 table spoon
Curd
:
1 cup

Method to make Chocolate Walnut Cake:

  1. Sift flour, coco powder, baking soda, and cooking soda to gather for 3 to 4 times.
  2. In another vessel, whip oil, curd, sugar and vanilla essence to gather for at least 5 minutes. Now mix coffee powder and bournvita to Luke warm milk, and mix it in the mixture we made before. Whip for 2 minutes.
  3. Add stiffed flour in above mixture, and whip well.
  4. Pour the mixture in a microwave proof greased vessel. And bake it for 10 minutes at high temperature.
  5. Un mold while cool. Make desired icing on Chocolate Walnut Cake.
