Ingredients to make Creamy, Crunchy and Nutty Chocolate Pudding:
1 recipe chocolate cake
For coffee decoction:
1/2 cup warm water
2 tablespoon instant coffee powder
For Creamy Layer:
1 cup whipping cream
2 teaspoon instant coffee powder
4 tablespoon roasted and roughly chopped almonds and walnuts
For Chocolate Truffle:
1/2 cup milk chocolate compound
1/2 cup dark chocolate compound
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon instant coffee powder
1/4 cup water
For Top Layer:
1/4 cup compound dark chocolate
1/4 cup compound milk chocolate
3 to 4 tablespoon chocolate coated cornflakes
3 to 4 tablespoon cornflakes
2 tablespoon roasted chopped almonds and walnuts
Method to make Creamy, Crunchy and Nutty Chocolate Pudding:
- First of all make chocolate cake as per recipe. Let it cool ate room temperature. Crumble it.
For coffee decoction:
- Mix warm water and coffee powder.
For Creamy Layer:
- Add coffee powder in whipping cream. Keep in refrigerator for minimum 10 minutes.
For chocolate truffle:
- Mix all the ingredients of chocolate truffle in a microwavable glass bowl and heat it to make a smooth texture. Keep a side.
How to assemble Creamy, Crunchy and Nutty Chocolate Pudding :
- In a serving bowl make a layer of half portion of crumbled cake.
- Soak with half coffee decoction.
- Cover with whipping cream. Sprinkle roasted almonds and walnuts.
- Make another layer of crumbled cake over it. Again soak with coffee decoction. One more time spread whipping cream over it.
- Make a layer of chocolate truffle over it for extra chocolaty taste.
- In a microwavable glass bowl melt dark and milk compound chocolate. Add roasted almonds, walnuts, chocolate coated cornflakes and regular cornflakes in it and mix carefully.
- Make a thin layer of this crunchy chocolate cornflakes over the pudding as a last layer.
- At last set in refrigerator for minimum 30 minutes.
- Cut and enjoy Creamy, Crunchy and Nutty Chocolate Pudding cold/chilled.
