1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
A pinch asafoetida

Method to make Suva Palak nu Shak:
- Wash and chop both spinach and dill bhaji.
- Wash and chop tomato and brinjal.
- In a pressure cooker heat oil and add cumin seeds in it. Let them crackle. When they crackles add asafoetida, turmeric powder and green chillies to it. Mix well.
- Add tomato first and mix. Later add brinjal, suva bhaji and palak bhaji.
- Mix well and add salt to taste. Add required quantity of water and pressure cook for 2 whistles at medium flame.
- Let the pressure release. Mix well and add kashmiri red chilli powder and jaggery to it. Cook for 2 minutes. Add water to adjust consistency.

- If you want to serve it with rice you will need runny grave. And in case you want to serve it with fulka roti then medium thick gravy will be ok.
- Personally I love Suva Palak nu Shak with Bajra roti.
