Cooking time 10 to 12 minutes
Preparation time 3 to 4 minutes
Ingredients to make Creamy Paneer at Home:
2 litres milk
(I used cow milk)
Diluted lemon juice/sour curd/white vinegar as needed
Method to make Creamy Paneer at Home:
Cook milk at boiling temperature. Let it have proper boil.
Remove from flame, stir well
Slowly add your choice of diluted liquid to piping hot milk. Stir occasionally.
Repeat the process till the whey get separated.
Pour it to paneer maker, I use muslin cloth in paneer maker. You can avoid it.
Pour some tap water over it to remove sourness of lemon/curd/vinegar.
Cover it & place weight over it for 10 minutes.
After that remove weight and let it cool at room temperature.
Remove from paneer maker and cut to desired shape and size.
Our super soft, fresh and healthy Creamy paneer is ready to use.
Notes:
If you don't have paneer maker you can also make it in strainer.
