Ingredients to make Egg less Chocolate Torte Cake:

For the Cake:

½ recipe of healthy brownie
¼ cup coffee decoction

For creamy layer:

½ cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon icing sugar
Chocolate chips (opt.)

For the Hard Chocolate layer:

½ cup dark chocolate compound
2 tablespoon cream

For Decoration:

Chocolate vermicelli

Egg less Chocolate Torte Cake


Instruction to make Egg less Chocolate Torte Cake:

For Cake:

Prepare ½ recipe of healthy brownie. (You can also use ready made chocolate cake to short the cooking process.)
Let it cool properly. Crumble it and spread it over a serving bowl or a tin container.
Spread some coffee decoction over it. Let it cool in refrigerator for 1 hour.

For creamy layer:

Whisk cream and icing sugar until you get soft picks. Add chocolate chips if desire. Refrigerate for minimum 30 minutes.
Remove the serving tin/bowl from refrigerator and spread creamy layer over it. Again refrigerate for 30 minutes.

For Hard Chocolate layer:

Melt dark chocolate in microwave or with double boiler method. Add cream in it and mix well. Pour the mixture over chilled creamy layer.
Immediately sprinkle chocolate vermicelli over it. You can sprinkle choice of decoration/coffee powder/cocoa powder etc.
Again cool for 1 to 2 hours. At the time of serving you need to break the upper chocolate layer.
