Recipe by Naiya Sheth: Aha! Cookie n Cream, a very popular and mouthwatering flavor these days. Earlier we made cookie n cream ice cream at home and now it's time to make a super delicious pudding of the same flavor. Actually as early I tried to make it healthier. So, I made it from my all-time favorite healthy wheat flour brownie. So, let's make this quick, easy, healthy and of course eggless Cookie n Cream Pudding for this hot summer as dessert.

Ingredients to make Cookie n Cream Pudding:
10 nos chocolate cream biscuits
100 grams fresh cream
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
1 tablespoon powder sugar
1 cup brownie crumbs
Chocolate sauce/chocolate truffle 3 to 4 tablespoon
2 tablespoon coffee decoction
Method to make Cookie n Cream Pudding:
- First of all, take 5 cookies, crush them and keep aside.
- Whisk fresh cream with sugar and when ready add vanilla ice cream and above cookie powder to it. Keep it in the refrigerator.
- In a serving glass or bowl spread some chocolate sauce and then spread a semi-thick layer of cake crumbs. Press it to level. Pour 1/2 teaspoon coffee decoction and place a cookie over it.
- Again pour 1/2 teaspoon coffee decoction on it.
- Make a layer of cookie, cream and ice cream over it. Again place chocolate sauce, cake crumbs, and coffee decoction one by one. Finally cover with the mixture of cookie, cream and ice cream.
- Garnish with broken cookies.
- Serve chilled Cookie n Cream Pudding as a dessert or for any time sweet craving.
