Chocolate Walnut Pudding

Recipe by Naiya Sheth: Everyone loves chocolate flavour. And among them, chocolate walnut pudding is all time favourite dessert. So, today we are going to make super delicious yummy chocolaty pudding with little easy and healthy recipe. I always make cakes and brownies from whole wheat flour and same for this pudding also. To make the recipe easier and quicker, I used leftover chocolate cake. And as always the result was awesome. 


   

Preparation time - 10 to 15 minutes
Cooking time - 2 minutes
Freezing time - 4 to 5 hours minimum
Serves - 8 person

Ingredients to make Chocolate Walnut Pudding:

2 recipes brownie in the microwave
           or
1 tablespoon coffee powder
200 grams dark chocolate compound
250 grams single fat cream
3 tablespoon drinking chocolate powder
100 grams whipping cream 
1/2 cup roasted and chopped walnuts

For garnishing:

Walnuts


Method to make Chocolate Walnut Pudding:

  • Roughly crumble brownie and keep aside.
  • For chocolate truffle, in a microwave-safe bowl take the dark chocolate compound and single fat cream. Melt it. Keep aside.
  • Take another microwave safe bowl and take 2 cups of water to it. Add coffee powder and 1 tablespoon drinking chocolate powder to it. Mix well and cook until warm.
  • Now take whipping cream and add 2 tablespoon drinking chocolate powder to it. Mix well and keep aside.
  • Time for assembling, take a big serving bowl and spread half of chocolate truffle at the base and spread half of crumbled cake over it. Sprinkle half of coffee and chocolate water over it. Sprinkle walnuts over it and then cover with chocolate cream.
  • Again spread cake crumbs and walnuts. Again sprinkle coffee and chocolate water.Make even surface with a spatula. 
  • At last spread, another half of chocolate truffle and make even surface carefully.
  • Garnish with walnuts and keep in refrigerator to chill.
  • Wow, yummy and healthy Chocolate Walnut Pudding is ready to serve/eat.
