Recipe by Naiya Sheth: After very yummy recipe of One Minute Mug Cake, yesterday I tried to make simple Idli in a microwave as always. And at that time I thought to make Idli and sambhar as a single serving. So, I tried to make it. And the result was awesome. I just steam idli in a serving bowl and pour sambhar on it. That's it. So let's enjoy this homemade recipe of 1 Minute Idli with Sambhar.

Ingredients to make One Minute Mug Idli with Sambhar:
Idli batter as needed
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon oil
A pinch soda bicarb
To serve with:
Method to make One Minute Mug Idli with Sambhar:
- In a microwave proof steamer add 1/2 glass water or as per the instruction.
- Take three microwave proof bowls and grease them.
- Add oil, salt and soda bicarb to idli batter, and mix well. Pour it to above bowl till half and cover with steamer lid.
- Cook for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes in the microwave and that's it, our idlies are ready. Rest for a couple of minutes and remove.
- Pour piping hot sambhar over it and top with coconut chutney and garlic chutney.
- Enjoy quick, easy and delicious One Minute Idli with Sambhar.
