Serves - 2 person
Ingredients to make Shahi Doodh Pauva:
500 ml. milk (full fat)
2 to 3 tablespoon sugar
2 to 3 tablespoon milk powder
1 cup poha/pauva
1/8 teaspoon saffron
1 tablespoon almond slices
1 tablespoon pistachio slices
1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
1 to 2 scoop vanilla/Kesar Pista ice cream
For garnishing:
Almond slices
Pistachio slices
Cardamom seeds
Cardamom powder
Saffron
Method to make Shahi Doodh Pauva:
- Wash and soak Pauva in a bowl with milk.
- Add sugar, milk powder and saffron to it.
- Mix well.
- Keep in refrigerator to cool for 3 to 4 hours.
- When chilled add almonds, pistachio and cardamom. At this stage add ice cream if you wish. Mix well.
- Garnish with almonds, pistachio, saffron and cardamom.
- Serve Shahi Doodh Pauva Chilled.
