Recipe by Naiya Sheth:Now it's time for hot and delicious pav bhaji fondue. As we all know pav bhaji is very popular street food. So,it's mu humble try to make something different from this lovely recipe. Normally vegetables are not added to this recipe but I tried to add some finely mashed vegetables to my homemade recipe to make it healthier. So, during this rainy season let's enjoy piping hot Pav Bhaji Fondue at home.

Ingredients to make Pav Bhaji Fondue:
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 small onion paste
1/2 tomato puree
1 tablespoon pav bhaji masala
Salt to taste
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon red chilli powder
1 tablespoon finely chopped capsicum
1/2 cup boiled and mashed vegetables
(potato,cauliflower,cabbage and carrot)
1 cube grated cheese
To serve with:
Bun pieces (roasted)
For garnishing:
Coriander
Onion
Method to make Pav Bhaji Fondue:
- Heat oil and butter in a pan and add ginger-garlic paste to it. Cook for 30 seconds and then add onion paste to it.
- Again cook for 2 minutes, now add tomato puree to it and cook properly.
- It's time to add spices and after that add mashed vegetables and capsicum.
- Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- At last add grated cheese and mix well. Garnish with coriander and onion.
- Serve piping hot Pav bhaji Fondue with roasted bun pieces.
