Recipe by Naiya Sheth: In earlier recipes we made barbecue sandwich and barbecue rolls also, but they were from bread items. Now it's time for some healthy home made recipe. And that's made with pure whole wheat tortillas. I made this specially for my son's lunch box. So try this healthy and filling recipe of barbecue roll for your kid lunch box.

Ingredients to make Barbecue Roll:
3 tortillas (I used wheat tortillas)
Butter as needed
1 onion medium chopped
1/2 cup 3 color bell peppers
1/2 cup paneer
1 tea spoon oil
Salt to taste
2 tea spoon black pepper powder
Oil or butter for shallow frying
1 tea spoon oil

Method to make Barbecue Roll:
For topping:
- Marinate onion,bell peppers and paneer with oil, salt and black pepper powder for minimum 30 minutes.
- After that saute them in small quantity of oil in non stick pan.
How to assemble:
- Place a tortilla on flat surface and apply some butter over it.
- Spread barbecue sauce over it.
- Top with paneer, onion and bell peppers.
- Cover with grated cheese.
- Roll properly and shallow fry in non stick griddle or tavi with oil or butter till light brown or little crisp.
- Even grilling also can be done.
- Hot and delicious Barbecue Roll is ready to serve.
- Repeat the same for remaining.
- Serve hot or wrap with aluminium foil and put in your kid's lunch box as healthy, yummy and filling lunch.
