Ingredients to make How to make Crispy Chips with Creamy Dip:
For cucumber chips:
1 cup refined flour
1/2 cup rice flour
Salt to taste
1 table spoon oil
1/2 tea spoon ghee - clarified butter
1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
1 tea spoon kasuri methi
(Dry fenugreek)
1 tea spoon black pepper powder
Chaat masala to sprinkle
Oil for frying
For achari chips:
1 cup refined flour
1/2 cup rice flour
Salt to taste
1 table spoon oil
1/2 tea spoon ghee - clarified butter
1 tea spoon achar masalo
1/2 tea spoon variyali powder
(fennel powder)
Oil for frying
For dip:
1/4 cup hung curd
1/8 cup mayonnaise
2 tea spoon chilli sauce
3 table spoon tomato ketch up
Salt to taste (opt.)
1 table spoon grated and pressed cucumber
1 tea spoon grated carrot
Method to make crispy chips with creamy dip:
for coriander chips:
- Mix all ingredients of coriander chips and make stiff dough from it.
- Keep a side for minimum 10 minutes.
- Make equal size balls, roll it and then chips from it.
- Dip fry them at slow flame until crisp.
- Repeat the same for remaining.
For achari chips:
- Mix all ingredients of achari chips and make stiff dough from it.
- Keep a side for minimum 10 minutes.
- Make equal size balls, roll it and then chips from it.
- Dip fry them at slow flame until crisp.

For dip:
- Mix all ingredients of dip and keep in refrigerator to cool.
