Recipe by Naiya Sheth: Last year on the same day I made chocolate truffle cake. That was my dear son's birthday. And now it's time another chocolaty recipe for him. And it is Mocha Walnut Truffle Cake. As that time I tried to use All healthy ingredients in this homemade recipe. I tried to use low-fat milk and low-fat butter. And above all it can be made in the microwave so, quick also. So, try this quick and easy but delicious Mocha Walnut Truffle Cake today.
Preparation time - 5 to 7 minutes
Cooking time - 7 minutes (approx.)
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon soda bi karb
1 tablespoon instant coffee powder
2 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 cup +1 tablespoon milk
50 grams butter
1/4 cup roasted and dusted walnuts and almonds
Preparation time - 5 to 7 minutes
Cooking time - 7 minutes (approx.)
Ingredients to make Mocha Walnut Truffle Cake.:
1 cup whole wheat flour ( I used multi-grain)
1 cup powder sugar1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon soda bi karb
1 tablespoon instant coffee powder
2 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 cup +1 tablespoon milk
50 grams butter
1/4 cup roasted and dusted walnuts and almonds
Method to make Mocha Walnut Truffle Cake:
- Sift wheat flour, cocoa powder, coffee powder and soda 3 to 4 times.
- Add crushed sugar and 1 cup milk them. Now add melted butter and mix well. At last add nuts and mix well.
- Grease a microwave proof bowl and pour mixture in it. Bake it for 6 1/2 to 7 minutes in the microwave at high temperature. Remove from microwave and let it be cool at room temperature.
- When cool properly make the icing as you wish on Mocha Walnut Truffle Cake.
- I did it with dark chocolate truffle.
