Recipe by Naiya Sheth: In the earlier recipe, we made Punjabi chhole with bhature. But now it's chaat time, means it's time to serve the same chhole with aloo tikki and delicious chutneys. Really it tastes very nice and easy to make also. So enjoy the recipe of Tikki Chhole.

Ingredients to Make Tikki Chhole:
2 cups chhole
For Tikki:
2 boiled and mashed potatoes
Salt to taste
2 to 3 green chillies finely chopped
Corn flour as needed
For serving:
Sweet chutney
Green chutney
Garlic chutney
For garnishing:
Sev
chopped onion
chopped coriander
Method to make Tikki Chhole:
- Mix all ingredients of tikki in a mixing bowl.
- make 2 tikkies of equal size and shallow fry till light brown on both sides.
To serve:
- In a serving plate pour some hot chhole and place a tikki over it.
- Pour chutney to taste.
- Spread sev and garnish with chopped onion and coriander.
- Hot and delicious Tikki Chhole is ready.
