Hi, friends again it's time for yummy and delicious chocolate recipe. And it's mouthwatering Chocolate Truffle Cake. Normally cakes are made from refined flour. But I made it with normal whole wheat flour, low-fat milk and low-fat butter also. Even I used same low-fat cream in the chocolate truffle. And it came out very nicely. So that I can enjoy my son's 17 th birthday with fewer calories. You also try this quick and easy homemade recipe of Chocolate Truffle Cake.
For cake:
Preparation time - 5 to 7 minutes
Cooking time - 6 1/2 to 7 minutes (approx.)

Ingredients to make Chocolate Truffle Cake:
For cake:
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup powder sugar
1 cup milk
3 tablespoon cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon soda bi carb
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup butter
For icing ( truffle):
Chocolate:
250 grams cooking chocolate
200 grams single fat cream
White:
2 to 3 tablespoon white chocolate
1 to 1 1/2 tablespoon milk
1/4 cup chopped nuts
Chocolate vermicelli
1 cup sugar syrup
Method to make Chocolate Truffle Cake:
- First of all strain flour, cocoa powder, soda bicarb and baking soda together. Keep aside.
- In another vessel mix milk and sugar. Add melted butter to it. Mix well.
- Now add flour to it and mix well. If needed add 1 or 2 tablespoon milk. Make sure that mixture should not be very thick.
- Transfer it to greased microwave safe bowl and cook for 6 1/2 to 7 minutes at the high temperature in the microwave. Check at the stage of 6 1/2 minutes. If ready remove and transfer it to grill rack. Let it cool at room temp.
For truffle:
- Mix all ingredients of chocolate truffle and cook in microwave for 40 to 50 seconds. Mix well.
- Repeat the same for white truffle.
For icing:
- After the cake is cool cut it into 2 parts horizontally.
- Soak the lower part with sugar syrup and apply chocolate truffle over it.
- Place another part of cake over it and soak with sugar syrup.
- Cover with chocolate truffle and garnish with nuts and white chocolate truffle.
- Yummy, delicious Chocolate Truffle Cake is ready to serve.
- For better result remove from the refrigerator before 10 minutes while serving.
