As we all know chocolate is loved everywhere. It is loved by all age group and above all dark chocolate contains many health benefits. Chocolate and its main ingredients cocoa reduce the risk of heart diseases. So, I tried to take this advantage in my recipe with all time favourite dosa. Yes, it is yummy delicious Chocolate dosa. For kids, I added cheese also as in the recipe of cheese chocolate sandwich. But you may avoid cheese and instead of cheese chopped almonds and walnuts can be added. And above all, it is very easy to make with only 2 to 3 ingredients. So enjoy this mouthwatering recipe of Chocolate dosa as breakfast or anytime munching.

Ingredients to make Cheese Chocolate Dosa:
1/2 cup dosa batter
1/4 cup grated chocolate
(dark or milk or combination of both)
2 cubes grated cheese
Oil or butter as needed
For garnishing:
Grated cheese
Grated chocolate
Method to make Cheese Chocolate Dosa:
- Spread a spoon full of dosa batter on the non-stick griddle. Let it cook for 1 minute at medium flame.
- Spread half of grated chocolate over it and then half of grated cheese over it.
- Cook till chocolate melts at high flame.
- When ready roll and garnish with grated chocolate and cheese.
- Repeat the same for remaining.
- Serve hot Cheese Chocolate Dosa as breakfast or anytime snack.
Tips:
- Instead of cheese add roasted nuts like almonds, cashews and walnuts. Try to chop them into small pieces. And in that case, garnish with grated chocolate and nuts.
