But this is a very nice taka tak recipe for paneer- cottage cheese lovers. It is very easy and quick to make. It can be served as break fast, snacks and even as starter also. Ingredients to make Paneer Taka Tak:
500 grams fresh paneer
3 to 4 tomatoes finely chopped
1 tea spoon pav bhaji masala
2 onion finely chopped
1/2 tea spoon turmeric powder
1/2 tea spoon red chilli powder
Salt to taste
2 to 3 green chilli finely chopped
3 to 4 table spoon oil
For garnishing:
Finely chopped coriander
Grated paneer
Method to make Paneer Taka Tak:
- Crumble fresh paneer by hand. Keep a side.
- Heat oil and add onion and green chillies to it, fry till light pink.
- Now add chopped tomatoes and remaining dry spices. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
- At last add crumbled paneer and cook for 2 minutes.
- Remove from flame and transfer to serving plate.
- Garnish with chopped coriander and grated paneer.
- Hot and delicious Paneer Taka Tak is ready to serve,
