Preparation time - 20 to 25 minutes

Makes - 4 sandwiches
Ingredients to make Pizza Sandwich:
12 slices bread
3 to 4 table spoon butter
For first layer:
Pizza sauce as needed
(may be 6 table spoons)
6 to 7 table spoon grated pizza cheese
For second layer:
150 grams paneer
1 small capsicum- green
1/2 capsicum - red
1/2 capsicum - yellow
4 to 5 olives - sliced
1 big onion
1 big onion
Salt to taste
2 tea spoon black pepper powder
2 tea spoon oil
1 table spoon chilli flacks
1 table spoon oregano
To serve with:
Tomato ketch up
Method to make Pizza Sandwich:
- In a big bowl mix cubes (medium size) of paneer, all capsicums and onion. Add 1 tea spoon oil, pepper powder and salt to it. Mix well and keep a side for minimum 15 minutes.
- Heat remaining oil in a non-stick pan and cook marinated paneer and vegetables to it for just 2 minutes. Keep a side.
How to assemble pizza sandwich:
- Apply some pizza sauce on a slice of bread and then spread grated cheese over it. Sprinkle some chilli flacks and oregano over it. Place another bread over it and spread paneer mixture along with olive slices on it. Cover with third bread slice.
- Now apply some butter over the top of the sandwich and place it up side down in griller, apply some butter on the top of the sandwich again.
- Repeat the same for remaining.
- Grill for 10 minutes in griller. When ready remove from griller and place another sandwiches.
- Hot and delicious Pizza Sandwich is ready to serve. Cut them and serve hot with tomato ketch up.
- In case griller is not available sandwiches can toasted on tavi also. But in that case assemble sandwich between two layers of bread.
