It's a rice noodles which is tossed with lots of vegetables and flavoured with curry powder. Means it is different from very famous Chinese recipe Hakka Noodles. So enjoy this hearty one dish meal today.

Ingredients to make Singapore Noodles:
2 cups boiled rice noodles
1 big onion sliced
1 tea spoon finely chopped garlic
1 tea spoon finely chopped ginger
1 small capsicum sliced
1/2 cup sprouted beans
2 tea spoon curry powder
1 1/2 tea spoon soya sauce
1/4 tea spoon turmeric powder
2 tea spoon oil
1 1/2 tea spoon sugar
Salt to taste
1 tea spoon black pepper powder
For garnishing:
Finely chopped greens of spring onion
Method to make Singapore Noodles:
- Boil and drain rice noodles.
- In a flat heat oil and then add ginger and garlic, cook for 1 minute. Now add onion, capsicum and sprouts. Again cook for 2 minutes at fast flame.
- Add rice noodles and spices to it. At last add soya sauce and cook for 1 or 2 minutes.
- Transfer in serving bowl and garnish with chopped spring onion.
- Hot and different Singapore Noodles is ready to serve.
