Recipe By Naiya Sheth : Learn how to make Bar Be Que Dip. It's a tangy and mouth watery dip which can be served with potato chips, nachos, Kababs or French fries to give a different taste. As a fact it is a dip it is very easy to make and yummy in taste.

Ingredients to make Bar Be Que Dip:
50 grams butter
1 small onion finely chopped
1/2 cup ketch up
1 table spoon vinegar
1 lemon juice
1 1/2 table spoon sugar
1/2 tea spoon black pepper powder
1/4 tea spoon chilli flacks
Salt to taste
1 tea spoon cornflour
1/2 cup water (approx)
1 table spoon Worcestershire sauce

Method to make Bar Be Que Dip:
- Dilute con flour in 2 table spoon water and keep aside.
- In a non stick pan add butter and sauté onion in it.
- Add ketch up, vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, salt, black pepper, chilli flacks and Worcestershire sauce to it.
- Cook for 2 minutes and add water to it. Now add corn flour slurry to it and let it thick.
- When ready pour bar be que dip in a serving bowl and serve with kabab, potato chips, nachos and French fries.
Tips:
- This recipe can be make in microwave also, in that case mix all ingredients in a microwave bowl and cook for 1 to 3 minutes at MICRO HI. and then add corn flour slurry to it.
- Again cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
- This recipe can be served with toasted bread or bread sticks also.
- Even it tastes nice with French bread also.
