Here it's a home made recipe for yummy spicy stuffed puri - Aloo Puri. It is very tasty recipe served as break fast. A rich potato filling is stuffed and it has to be served with masala curd or raita. I like to serve it with cucumber raita or coriander raita. Even it can be served with tea or coffee also.So enjoy this yummy and filling recipe for breakfast.

Ingredients to make Aloo Puri:
For dough:
2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup refined flour
Salt to taste
2 tea spoon oil
Oil for frying
For stuffing:
3 to 4 big boiled potatoes
2 tea spoon crushed green chillies
1 tea spoon ginger paste
1 tea spoon cumin seeds
1 tea spoon roasted cumin powder
Salt to taste
1/4 tea spoon turmeric powder
1/4 tea spoon garam masalo
2 table spoon chopped coriander leaves
1/4 tea spoon dry mango powder
2 tea spoon oil
To serve with:
Masala curd
Method to Make Aloo Puri:
For dough:
- Mix all ingredients of dough in a big bowl and knead semi soft dough from it. Keep a side covered.
For stuffing:
- Wash and boil potatoes and when they are cool remove skin from them. Mesh and keep a side.
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seed to it. When they crackles add turmeric powder and chilli paste. Now add ginger paste and mix well.
- Add boiled potatoes and remaining dry spices, mix well. At last add coriander leaves.
How to proceed:
- Make small balls from dough and roll thick puri from one, stuff potato mixture to it and seal properly. Again roll puri from it carefully.
- Repeat the same for remaining.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry puries one by one at medium flame.
- Serve hot Aloo Puri with curd or raita.
