we all know jelly and pudding are loved by children. But here it’s a
tasty combination of jelly and pudding with fresh fruit. So, good in
taste and health and of course good in look also. Above all this
home made recipe of jelly pudding is very easy and quick also.

Ingredients to make Jelly Pudding:
½ tin – 200 grams condensed milk
1 packet – 85 grams strawberry jelly crystals
200 ml. chilled fresh cream
4 to 5 fresh strawberries – chopped
For garnishing:
Fresh strawberry
Mint leaf
Method to make Jelly pudding:
- Prepare jelly as per the instructions on the pack. Keep in the refrigerator till set at the sides or 30 to 40 minutes.
- Whip chilled cream and keep a side
- Mix whipped cream, semi set jelly, fresh chopped strawberries and condensed milk together. Mix properly.
- Pour the mixture in a wet jelly mould allow to set in the refrigerator.
- When set UN mould and garnish with strawberry and mint leaf.
- Yummy desert Jelly pudding is ready to serve.
Tips to make Jelly Pudding:
- Cream should be chilled and whipped over ice to prevent butter formation.
- If you wish you can use raspberry or orange jelly packet also. But in that case fresh orange or raspberry should be taken.
