Ingredients to make Veg.Seekh Kabab:
2 big potatoes boiled and mashed
1/4 cup french beans finely chopped and par boiled
1/4 cup cabbage finely chopped
1/4 cup carrot grated
1/4 cup capsicum finely chopped
2 1/2 table spoons gram flour
1 tea spoon ginger paste
1 tea spoon garlic paste
1 tea spoon finely chopped green chilies
1/2 tea spoon garam masala powder
Salt to taste
1/2 tea spoon chaat masala powder
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 tea spoon roasted cumin powder
Oil
To serve with:
Onion rings
Tomato ketch up
Green chutney

Method to make Veg.Seekh Kabab:
- Heat 2 tea spoons oil in a pan, add onion, carrot, capsicum, french beans and cabbage and saute for a minute.
- Add chili, garlic and ginger paste to it. Mix well.
- Add gram flour and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, remove from flame. Keep aside.
- In another pan mix boiled potatoes and dry masla and veg.mixture.
- Take a satay stick and hand full of the potato mixture and press it so that the mixture stick to the satay stick.
- In a pan add 1 to 2 tea spoons of oil and grill veg.seekh kabab.
- Veg.seekh kabab is ready to serve. Serve it with tomato ketch up, green chutney or onion rings. TRPHJ4WP3B2H
