How to make Mango Brownie

Learn how to make Mango Brownie. Surprised! Normally we knows chocolate brownie. But here it's a homemade recipe for mango brownie. A little twist in regular brownie. So enjoy cooking Mango Brownie.

Preparation time - 10 minutes
Cooking time - 20 minutes

Ingredients to make Mango Brownie:

1 cup mango pulp
1/3 cup sugar
2 table spoon butter
1 cup refined flour
2 table spoon cocoa powder
1/2 tea spoon baking soda

Method to make Mango Brownie:
  • In a mixer jar mix mango pulp, butter and sugar together and churn properly.
  • In another vessel sift refined flour, cocoa powder and baking powder 2 to 3 times.
  • Mix above mixture in it properly and pour in to greased and dusted mold.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 18 minutes at 180`c temp.
  • When done remove from oven and let it cool at room temp. 
Serving suggestions:
  • Serve Mango Brownie with vanilla ice cream.
