How to make Crispy Vegetables with Hot Sauce

Below is my recipe for Crispy Vegetables with Hot Sauce. This is a recipe that serves my creativity well. It can be changed easily to fit dietary needs. It is simple to make something to eat. Crispy Vegetables with Hot Sauce is very testy and easy dish for this winter season. It’s a healthy Chinese dish with lots of vegetables.

Ingredients to make Crispy Vegetables with Hot Sauce:

For crispy vegetables:

½ cup onion cubes
½ cup capsicum cubes
½ cup cauliflower cubes
½ cup baby corn
½ cup cabbage cubes
Oil for frying

For bater:

½ cup corn flour
½ cup gram flour
½ cup refined flour
2 tea spoon garlic paste
1 tea spoon ginger paste
Salt to taste
½ cup soda water
Water as required

For Hot Sauce:

2 table spoon oil
2 table spoons finely chopped spring onion
2 table spoons garlic paste
1 table ginger paste
1 ½ tea spoon corn flour
2 tea spoon soya sauce
1 table spoon vinegar
½ tea spoon chili sauce
1 ½ table spoon tomato sauce

For garnishing:

Spring onion

Method to make Bater:

  • Mix all the ingredients of bater and make thick bater by adding water.

Method to make Crispy Vegetables:

  • Heat oil in a pan and dip vegetables one by one in bater and fry in hot oil.
  • Fry till turns to light brown. When done remove and drain on absorbent kitchen tissue paper.
  • Keep a side.

Method to make Hot Sauce:

  • Heat oil in a pan and add onion, garlic and ginger paste. Fry for 2 minutes.
  • Add corn flour, soya sauce, chili sauce and tomato ketch up in it. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes. When the sauce is thick remove from flame.

Method to assemble Crispy Vegetables in with Hot Sauce:

  • In a serving dish spread fried vegetables and pour hot sauce over it.
  • Garnish with spring onion.
  • Hot and spicy Crispy Vegetables in with Hot Sauce is ready to serve.
Tips to make Crispy Vegetables  with Hot Sauce:

  • Always assemble at the time of serving only.
