Ingredients to make Crispy Vegetables with Hot Sauce:
For crispy vegetables:
½ cup onion cubes
½ cup capsicum cubes
½ cup cauliflower cubes
½ cup baby corn
½ cup cabbage cubes
Oil for frying

2 tea spoon garlic paste
1 tea spoon ginger paste

2 table spoon oil
2 table spoons finely chopped spring onion
2 table spoons garlic paste
1 table ginger paste
1 ½ tea spoon corn flour
2 tea spoon soya sauce
1 table spoon vinegar
½ tea spoon chili sauce
1 ½ table spoon tomato sauce
2 table spoons finely chopped spring onion

Method to make Bater:
- Mix all the ingredients of bater and make thick bater by adding water.
Method to make Crispy Vegetables:
- Heat oil in a pan and dip vegetables one by one in bater and fry in hot oil.
- Fry till turns to light brown. When done remove and drain on absorbent kitchen tissue paper.
- Keep a side.
Method to make Hot Sauce:
- Heat oil in a pan and add onion, garlic and ginger paste. Fry for 2 minutes.
- Add corn flour, soya sauce, chili sauce and tomato ketch up in it. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes. When the sauce is thick remove from flame.
Method to assemble Crispy Vegetables in with Hot Sauce:
- In a serving dish spread fried vegetables and pour hot sauce over it.
- Garnish with spring onion.
- Hot and spicy Crispy Vegetables in with Hot Sauce is ready to serve.
