1 cup boiled vegetables
(green peas, carrot, french beans, potatoes etc.)
1 finely chopped onion
1 finely chopped tomato - blanched
1 tea spoon green chilly paste
1/2 cup tomato sauce
2 tea spoon oil or butter
2 table spoon fresh cream
1 tea spoon red chilly powder
1 tea spoon sugar
1 tea spoon sliced ginger
For garnishing:
Freshly cut coriander

- Mix oil, onion, tomato and chilly, garlic in a big microwave proof bowl. Cook for 4 minutes at MICRO HI.
- Add other ingredients with 1/2 cup water and cook for 4 minutes at MICRO HI.
