Preparation time - 70 minutes
Cooking time - 40 to 50 minutes
Ingredients to make Hawaiian Pizza:
For Base:
1 cup refined flour
1/2 tea spoon salt
1 tea spoon dry yeast
1 tea spoon powder sugar
1/4 cup Luke warm water
For Pizza Sauce:
1 1/2 cup tomato pulp
1/2 cup finely chopped tomato
4 table spoon tomato ketch up
4 tea spoon oil
2 finely chopped onion
2 tea spoon crushed garlic
2 tea spoon red chilly powder
1 tea spoon chilly flacks
1 tea spoon oregano
2 tea spoon corn flour
250 gram grated cheese
Salt to taste
For toppings:
1 tea spoon butter
4 to 5 pieces onion
4 to 5 pieces green capsicum
4 to 5 pieces yellow capsicum
4 to 5 pieces red capsicum
2 to 3 table spoon boiled sweet corn
8 to 10 pieces tinned pineapple
1 pinch salt
1/2 tea spoon chilly flacks
1 tea spoon oregano
2 -3 tea spoon milk
1 cup process cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese Method to make Hawaiian Pizza:
For Base:
- Mix Luke warm water, sugar and yeast in a bowl, keep a side for 5 to 6 minutes.
- In another vessel mix refined flour and salt and make soft dough from yeast proven water. Add normal water if needed.
- Cover it and keep a side for 30 minutes at warm place.
- After that roll with dry flour and place on greased baking tray. Prick it.
- Spread oil over it and again give 10 minutes rest.
For Pizza Sauce:
- First of all heat oil in a pan then add ginger and garlic paste to it, add onion and fry for 2 minutes.
- Add chopped tomatoes and tomato pulp cook for 2 minutes again.
- Add tomato ketch up and all seasonings, mix properly.
- Add corn flour slurry and grated cheese, cook for 2 minutes.
- Remove from flame and let it cool at room temperature.
For toppings:
- Heat butter in a pan and when it melts add onion, capsicum corn and pineapple. Mix well and cook for 1 minutes. Add salt chilly flacks and oregano. Cook for one minute.
For Pizza:
- Spread pizza sauce over base and than spread process cheese and mozzarella cheese over it. Spread toppings over cheese and at last sprinkle milk on whole pizza.
- Bake Hawaiian pizza at 180`c temp. for 20 to 30 minutes.
