If you are board with same cornflakes recipe here is a home made tempting and healthy recipe of corn flakes chaat. This recipe is full of vegetables so full of vitamins. And of course very easy and quick to prepare, so an ideal break fast recipe.

Serves - 4 person
Ingredients to make Corn Flakes Chaat:
3 cups Corn flakes ( flavorless or fried)
1 big onion - finely chopped
1/4 red capsicum - finely chopped
1/4 green capsicum - finely chopped
1/4 yellow capsicum - finely chopped
1 pomegranate
1 beat root grated
1 tomato - finely chopped
2 table spoon coriander - finely chopped
1/4 cup boiled cabuli chanas
1 small boiled potato - finely chopped
1 small cucumber - finely chopped
Salt to taste
1 table spoon black salt
1 tea spoon red chilly powder
3 to 4 green chilly - finely chopped
1 table spoon lemon juice
Method to make Corn flakes chaat:
- Mix all the ingredients of chaat in a big mixing bowl. Mix well.
- Add lemon juice and serve Corn flakes chaat as break fast or snacks.
- This recipe can be used for kids lunch box also.
