Recipe by Naiya Sheth : Learn how to make Chocolate Mousse. This is a chocolaty egg less, home made recipe. Chocolate mousse is very famous and yummy desert. Which is very easy to cook and easy to eat also.

Serves - 4
1 cup (125 gram) dark chocolate - grated
200 gram cream
1 1/2 table spoon vanilla custard powder
1 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
1 tea spoon gelatin (dissolved in 1/4 cup water)
For garnishing:
Whipped cream
Chocolate chops
Chocolate vermicelli
Cherry
Strawberry
Ingredients to make Chocolate Mousse:
1 cup (125 gram) dark chocolate - grated
200 gram cream
1 1/2 table spoon vanilla custard powder
1 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
1 tea spoon gelatin (dissolved in 1/4 cup water)

Chocolate chops
Chocolate vermicelli
Cherry

Method to make Chocolate mousse:
- Mix custard powder, sugar and water in a microwave safe bowl. Cook for 2 - 3 minutes.
- Add chocolate and lukewarm gelatin water, mix properly.
- Beat with a beater or blander.
- Pour the mixture in small glasses and freeze for 3 - 4 hours.
- When set properly garnish with chocolate chips, chocolate vermicelli, cherry, whipped cream or strawberry.
Tips:
- You can use non stick pan in stead of microwave oven, but it will take more time and in that case you will have to stir it continually.
- If you don't want to prepare single serving you may freeze it in a big bowl, but it will take more time to set.
- Freeze cool Chocolate Mousse is ready to serve.
