Ingredients to make Spanish Rice:
| Basmati rice | : | 1 cup | 
| Finely chopped   onion | : | ¾ cup | 
| Tomato pure    | : | 750 gram | 
| Chopped capsicum | : | ½ cup | 
| Chopped French   beans(boiled) | : | ¼ cup | 
| Chopped paneer    | : | ¼ cup | 
| Chopped carrots(boiled) | : | ¼ cups | 
| Green peas(boiled) | : | ¼ cup | 
| Salt to   taste | ||
| Red chilly   powder | : | 2 tea   spoon | 
| Black pepper   powder | : | 1 tea   spoon | 
| Oil | : | 2 table   spoon | 
| For garnishing: | ||
| Chopped coriander | 
- Soak rice for half an hour, boil it and keep a side.
- Heat oil in a pan, add onion and fry for a while, now add tomato pure and let it cook properly.
- Add salt,pepper powder and red chilly powder in it, let it cook.
- Now add green peas,carrots,french beans,paneer and capsicum to it. After a minute add boiled rice and mix it very slowly.
- Garnish with coriander laves. Delicious and tangy Spanish Rice is ready to serve.
