How To Make Spanish Rice

Learn, How to make delicious,home made Spanish rice recipe. Spanish rice is very delicious and tangy rice. As it contains tomato pure and green vegetables also it is full of protein and vitamins.

Serves - 4
Preparation time - 10 minutes
Cooking time - 20 minutes


Ingredients to make Spanish Rice:


Basmati rice
:
1 cup
Finely chopped onion
:
¾ cup
Tomato pure
:
750 gram
Chopped capsicum
:
½ cup
Chopped French beans(boiled)
:
¼ cup
Chopped paneer
:
¼ cup
Chopped carrots(boiled)
:
¼ cups
Green peas(boiled)
:
¼ cup
Salt to taste


Red chilly powder
:
2 tea spoon
Black pepper powder
:
1 tea spoon
Oil
:
2 table spoon

For garnishing:





Chopped coriander

  1. Soak rice for half an hour, boil it and keep a side.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add onion and fry for a while, now add tomato pure and let it cook properly.
  3. Add salt,pepper powder and red chilly powder in it, let it cook.
  4. Now add green peas,carrots,french beans,paneer and capsicum to it. After a minute add boiled rice and mix it very slowly.
  5. Garnish with coriander laves. Delicious and tangy Spanish Rice is ready to serve.
