Chinese Salad

Learn, How to make salad recipe with Chinese touch - Chinese salad


As we all know Chinese food is very popular now. So here it's a Chinese salad recipe with Chinese test. 

Serves  - 4
Preparation time - 10 minutes
Cooking time - 10 minutes


Ingredients to make Chinese Salad:


Boiled noodles
:
2 cups
Grated cabbage
:
¼ cup
Garlic pest
:
½ tea spoon
Grated carrot
:
2
Grated onion
:
2
Sour cream
:
2 tea spoon
Salt to test


Thin sliced capsicum
:
1



For garnishing:





Spring onion


Green garlic





For dressing:





Tomato ketch up
:
5 – 6 tea spoon
Soya sauce
:
½ tea spoon
Vinegar
:
½ tea spoon
Red chilly sauce
:
1 tea spoon
Green chilly sauce
:
1 tea spoon

  1. Soak noodles for 30 - 40 minutes and cook in boiling water.
  2. Mix salt and sour cream in noodles, now add vegetables to it, mix it properly.
  3. Mix all ingredients of salad dressing and pour it in above mixture.
  4. Spread salad in a salad dish and pour some more dressing over it. Garnish with chopped spring onion and green garlic.
  5. You can serve Chinese salad cold also.
