Tutti Fruity Mix Marble Cake

This is a simple vanilla cake with the test of tutti fruity.You don't need to do icing on it.It tests best without icing.Tutti Fruity Mix Marble Cake is called breakfast cake and tea time cake also.
Preparation time - 15 minute
Cooking time - 6 minute
serves - 8 persons


Ingredients to make tutti fruity mix marble cake:

Maida ( hard flour)
:
2 cup
Baking soda
:
2 ½ tea spoon
Sugar
:
1 ½ cup
Milk
:
1 cup
Butter
:
6 table spoon
Tutti fruity
:
¼ cup
Chopped dry fruit
:
¼ cup

Method to make tutti  Fruity Mix Marble Cake:

  1. Sift maida and baking soda to gather 2 - 3 times.
  2. In another bowl beat crushed sugar and butter for 3 - 4 minute in same direction.
  3. Now add maida in it slowly while beating,after addition of maida add milk and beat for at least 10 - 12 minute. 
  4. Now add tutti fruity, chopped dry fruits and 1/2 tea spoon vanila essence and mix well. Pour in the greased  microwave proof bowl.
  5. Cook for 6 minute in microwave at medium temp.
  6. Let it cool at room temp. on wire rack.
  7. Cut and serve Tutti Fruity Mix Marble Cake with tea,coffee or cold drink.
* You can use butter paper instead of greasing.
