Spicy Cup cakes

Recipe by Naiya Sheth : Learn how to make spicy cup cakes. This is one kind of pizza muffins. his is a surprising spicy cup cake with the test of pizza. You will get pizza in the form of muffins. One can say these pizza muffins also.

Ingredients of Spicy Cup Cakes:

Refined flour
:
½ cup
Wheat flour
:
½ cup
Baking soda
:
½ tea spoon
Cooking soda
:
½ tea spoon
Oil
:
3 tea spoon
Water
:
1 cup
Shredded cheese
:
4 table spoon
Finally chopped onion
:
2 table spoon
Finally chopped capsicum
:
2 table spoon
Finally chopped tomato
:
2 table spoon
Salt to taste


Red chilly powder
:
1 tea spoon
Oregano
:
1 tea spoon
Chilly flakes
:
½ tea spoon
Tomato ketch up
:
2 table spoon

For garnishing:



Shredded cheese


Tomato ketch up


Finally chopped onion, capsicum, tomato

Method to make Spicy Cup Cakes:

  1. Sift wheat flour, Maida flour, cooking soda, baking soda to gather. Add oil and keep a side.
  2. Mix cheese, onion, tomato, salt, red chilly powder, chilly flakes, oregano, tomato ketch up in another bowl.
  3. Mix both the mixture. Add water and make dough like cake. Grease small cup cake mold and pour mixture in it. Sprinkle some of finally chopped onion, capsicum and tomato over it.
  4. Bake it in pre heated oven at 180. c for 10 – 12 minute. Let it cool. Un mold it.
  5. Garnish Spicy Cup Cakes with tomato ketch up, shredded cheese, onion, capsicum and tomato and re heat for 30 -35 seconds in microwave. Serve Spicy Cup Cakes piping hot.
