Russian salad



Learn, how to make  rich creamy russian salad 

Russian salad is a rich salad with crème salad dressing. This contains lots of fruits, vegetables and dairy products. That means it is full of vitamins and calcium. Look wise it is very nice and colorful, so it attracts people.

Ingredients to make Russian salad:

For salad:



French beans, carrots, green peas – finely chopped
:
½ cup
Tinned pineapple – chopped
:
5 – 6 slices
Boiled potato – chopped
:
1
Capsicum – chopped
:
3 table spoon
Salt
:
A pinch
Apple, banana, chikoo, cherries – chopped
:
½ cup
Black pepper powder
:
1 tea spoon
Chopped cashew, almond

For dressing:

:
2 table spoon


Mayonnaise 
:
1 cup
Cheese spread
:
2 table spoon
Single fat cream
:
½ cup

Salad DressingsMethod to make Russian salad:

  1. Take all ingredients of salad to gather and mix well. Keep a side.
  2. In another bowl mix mayonnaise, cheese spread and single fat cream. Bit it properly for 5 minutes.
  3. Take a salad bowl and mix both salad and dressing carefully.
  4. Chill it for 30 – 40 minutes in refrigerator.
  5. Garnish Russian salad with cherry and pineapple. Serve chilled.
