Pineapple Cake

Pineapple Cakes are loved by every one. Here is a egg less recipe for  spongy pineapple cake. Which is very easy to make at home.
Serves - 8
Preparation time - 15 minutes
Cooking time - 40 minutes

Ingredients to make Pineapple cake:

Condensed milk
:
½ tin (200 gram)
Soda water
:
100 ml
Butter
:
60 gram
Sugar
:
1 table spoon
Cake flour
:
125 gram (1 ½ cup)
Cooking soda
:
¾ tea spoon
Baking soda
:
¾ tea spoon
Pineapple essence
:
½ tea spoon



The Cake Mix DoctorMethod to make Pineapple Cake:

  1. Sift cake flour, baking soda and cooking soda together for 3 - 4 times keep a side.
  2. Mix sugar, condensed milk and butter in a big bowl beat for at least 5 minute continually.
  3. Add soda water and pineapple essence in it and mix well.
  4. Add sifted cake flour step by step and beat it properly.
  5. Beat it for about 3 - 4 minute or till it becomes fluffy.
  6. Pour the mixture in a greased and dusted cake tin.
  7. Bake the pineapple cake for 30 - 40 minutes at 150 `temp. in preheated oven.
  8. when ready let it cool at room temp.on a wire rack.
  9. Make desire icing on Pineapple Cake and serve cool.
