Paneer Tikka

 Learn, how to make tangy paneer tikka - delicious hot starter

As we all know paneer tikka is very delicious hot starter made from fresh paneer (cottage cheese) and fresh vegetables.This  is a non fried recipe.So it is testy as well as healthy also.

Ingredients to make Paneer Tikka:




Paneer
:
750 gram
Capsicum
:
3
Onion
:
4 -5
Tomatoes
:
2 hard
Coriander powder
:
3 tea spoon
Red chilly powder
:
7 tea spoon
Cumin seeds powder
:
3 tea spoon
Curd
:
250 gram
Orange (tandoori red) color
:
½ tea spoon
Oil
:
6 table spoon
Salt to taste
Gram flour                         


4 table spoon

MTR Paneer Tikka Masala, Ready-To-Eat, 10.56-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 5) Method to make paneer tikka:
  1. Tie the curd in a muslin cloth and hang it till the excess water from it is drained.
  2. To the curd add coriander powder, cumin seeds powder, red chilly powder,color and salt to test and mix well.
  3. Cut thick cubes of paneer and onion. Cut capsicum and tomatoes squares. Marinate them in the curd mixture for 30 minutes.
  4. After 30 minutes arrange them on a greased baking tray. 
  5. Allow to cook for 15 - 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 150 temperature. Make sure halfway through to brush -on a little oil and turn the pieces of paneer and vegetables.
  6. Serve threaded paneer tikka in toothpick (first the paneer,then capsicum,and then onion and at last tomatoes. Repeat the the sequence once again.)

You can grill by microwave also, for that set microwave on grill option and grill it for 5 - 5 minute both the sides. Put vegetables and paneer on frosty plate and grill them.
