Learn how to make spicy delicious paneer rolls. This recipe is made of paneer and vegetables. Spicy paneer rolls can be served as starter also. And as a snack also it is stomach feeler. Good for kids as it contains lots of proteins, vitamins and calcium.

- Boil and mash potatoes.
- Cut the capsicum and French beans into small pieces. Grate the carrot and the cauliflower.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry cumin seeds. Add all the vegetable and fry for 3 – 5 minutes. Add the meshed potatoes and all dry masala powder and salt. Mix well and allow cooling.
- Cut the paneer into thin slices. Place enough of the potato vegetable mixture around the paneer slice and foam a roll with your fingers. Repeat with all the paneer slices.
- Make a better with the corn flour and the water.
- Dip each paneer roll into the batter and deep-fry in hot oil.
- Serve hot paneer rolls with tomato sauce.
