Apple Juice

Learn, how to make healthy home made apple juice recipe

As we all know apple is very good for health. It is said that " AN APPLE A DAY KEEPS A DOCTOR AWAY".So here it's a recipe for apple juice.

Serves - 15
preparation time - 15 minute
Cooking time - 20 minutes

Ingredients to make Apple Juice:

Sour apple
:
1 kg.
Sugar
:
3 cup
Water
:
3 cup
Corn flour
:
2 table spoon
Citric acid
:
1 ½ tea spoon
Salt to test


Mint leaves
:
30- 35

Apple Juice TeaMethod to make Apple Juice:
  1. Cut washed apple without removing peels. Add 1 1/2 cup water in it and boil it. Add corn flour slurry in to the apple and stir well. let it cool at room temperature.
  2. Crush and strain it properly.
  3. Make sugar syrup from remaining water and sugar. When it comes to boil add diluted citric acid in to the syrup. Strain the syrup.
  4. Mix apple pulp and sugar syrup properly. Let it cool at room temperature. Add salt to teat.
  5. For serving put crushed ice in a serving glass,and then pour chilled apple juice in the glass, garnish with mint leaves.
