Mango Salsa

Preparation time - 10 minutes
Cooking time - nil

Ingredients to make Mango Salsa:

2 ripe mangoes (I took Alfonso)

1 medium sized onion finely chopped

1 small tomato finely chopped

1/4 cup pomegranate seeds

2 tablespoon roasted peanuts/masala peanuts

2 tablespoon masala bundi

A pinch salt

1 tea spoon finely chopped green chilli (opt)

2 tablespoon finely chopped coriander leaves

1 tablespoon red chilli flacks

Lemon juice as per taste

To serve with: 

Nacho chips
Khakhra (for guilt free non fried crunch)



Method to make Mango Salsa:

  • Wash and peel mangoes. I prefer hard ripe mangoes as we need to chop small pieces. 
  • Chop mangoes, onion and tomatoes in small pieces. 
  • In a mixing bowl add all ingredients and mix well carefully. 
  • Squeeze lemon juice as per taste. 
  • Our mouth watering Mango Salsa is ready to serve. 
  • Serve it chilled with your choice of Nacho Chips and khakhra for non fried and guilt free crunch.
