Microwave Mug Pizza in Only One Minute

Recipe by Naiya Sheth: Pizza! everyone loves it. But making pizza at home is a little lengthy process. Earlier we made different varieties of delicious pizza, like bun pizza, pocket pizza, pizza sticks, pizza paratha, nachos pizza, pizza sandwich and the pizza itself. But now it's time to make very quick and healthy microwave mug pizza in only one one minute. After quick and delicious recipes of mug cake and mug idli with sambhar, mug cookie, one-minute cookie lava cake, it's time to cook mug pizza. Really it's very easy to make, I made with my all time favourite pizza sauce. But if pizza sauce is not available we can use the combination of chilli tomato ketchup and tomato ketchup. To make it healthier I used the combination of whole wheat flour and refined flour but you can use anyone also. So, let's make super delicious and super quick Microwave mug pizza in one minute.

Makes one serving

Ingredients to make Microwave Mug Pizza in One Minute:

1 tablespoon refined flour

1 tablespoon whole wheat flour 

A pinch baking soda

A pinch soda bi carb

Salt to taste

1/2 tablespoon oil

1/8 teaspoon chilli flacks

1/8 teaspoon oregano

1 to 1 1/2 tablespoon milk

1 to 1 1/2 tablespoon pizza sauce

2 tablespoon cheesa cheese

For topping:

Onion

Capsicum

Boiled sweet corn

Paneer cubes

Olives

It's your choice

Method to make Microwave Mug Pizza in One Minute:

• In a mixing bowl add flour, oil, chilli flacks and oregano, baking soda and soda bicarb now add milk and make the thick batter from it.
• Pour in microwave safe mug or bowl and cook for 35 to 40 seconds.
• Rest for 30 seconds and check it. (cooking time may differ brand to brand so, if not done again cook for 5 to 10 seconds.)If ready spread pizza sauce over it. 
• Spread cheese and top with topping of your choice.

• Sprinkle chilli flacks and oregano again and then at last cook for 25 to seconds or till cheese melts.
• That's it our super quick and super delicious Microwave Mug Pizza is ready in one minute.
