Ingredients to make Idli Chaat:
8 idlies
4 to 5 tablespoon whisked curd
2 tablespoon sweet chutney
2 teaspoon green chutney
1 teaspoon garlic chutney
Sev as needed
Chaat masalo to sprinkle
For garnishing:
Chopped coriander
Pomegranate seeds
Method to make Idli Chaat:
- Cut idles. Warm in microwave for 30 seconds (opt.).
- Place them in serving plate or bowl.
- Pour some whisk curd, sweet chutney, green chutney and garlic chutney on it.
- Cover with sev and at last garnish with coriander and pomegranate seeds.
- Repeat the same for remaining.
